In 2004, the Best Practice Forum is publishing a Directory of Best Practice Businesses.
The Directory will include:

Employers who are participating in the Excellence Through People (ETP) award scheme; Investors in People (IIIP) and Hospitality Assured.

Employers who have adopted best practice in key areas of operational and financial management, human resources and customer service through the Achieving Excellence Award.
