This programme is about improving your business performance through developing
more effective team working skills in the workplace. It includes an
activity-based development programme, and each participant will get a TEAM Tips
toolkit, including top tips on team working and a range of business case
studies.

This programme is for employers* who want to improve the skills of their
employees and make their business more successful as a result. The programme
includes an initial benchmarking exercise and skills audit, tailored training
activities, development of a workplace 'mentor', and a exercise to measure the
success of the programme at the end.
